The hotel's beautiful air-conditioned villas, complete with private pools, provided the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The villas were strategically located to offer privacy, allowing me to relax and enjoy my own space. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to the nearest restaurants and shopping mall made it convenient for me to explore the city during my trip. Finally, the hotel's location on the beach and by the bay provided easy access to the beautiful beachfront and picturesque bay area.

We were impressed with the privacy and exclusivity of our villa at Banyan Tree. The spacious room and private pool provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The on-site spa was so great, offering great massages. The food at the Thai restaurant was authentic and delicious. The buggy service was efficient, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and perfect service. The location was amazing, with fine views of the bay. Our villa, complete with a private pool, was a true oasis of relaxation. The attention to detail in the room was excellent, from the luxurious bedsheets to the thoughtful amenities in the bathroom. The resort offered a variety of dining options, and we particularly enjoyed the atmosphere at the top communal pool and the lounge area. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious and clean food. We were also impressed with the buggy service, convenient for us to explore the resort and enjoy the amazing views. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, it did not detract from our overall fabulous experience. The staff were pretty good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Banyan Tree for a lovely vacation experience.

This hotel provides an exceptional stay with its luxurious and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the staff treated me with polite, attentive and respectful service. the outdoor heated swimming pool and sun terrace is a perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the magnificent view. the spa centre offers an outstanding massage and beauty treatment that made me feel pampered and rejuvenated.

The only minor issue I encountered was the presence of mosquitoes in some areas. Fortunately, the hotel provided Off Spray to avoid any inconvenience.

The private swimming pool in each villa was amazing, with beautiful views of the bay or ocean. The staff were friendly, always willing to help with any request. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently close to the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

There was no beach at the hotel. Although there was a private beach club nearby, it would have been more convenient to have direct beach access.

Basking in the gorgeous beachfront location, just a short stroll down to the beach from the hotel, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The stunning view of the sea from our villa's private pool and deck was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist us. The breakfast at La Nao restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

We did experience some disappointment with the food at the Nao restaurant. The menu promised a selection of wines, but we found that not all of them were available.

We had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel in Acapulco. The location was superb, with easy access to the beach and the best restaurants in Mexico City. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The bathroom was well-maintained and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast at La Nao was delicious, especially the bacon and coffee. The hotel also had great facilities, including a large pool and a Thai restaurant that served authentic dishes.

There was one downside to our stay. The hotel's transportation service could be improved.
